Refund and Returns Policy

At Mskjewelry, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund and Return Policy applies to all orders placed through our official website and covers our silver and stainless steel jewelry products (including necklaces, rings, bracelets, and earrings).

Return Eligibility
Return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in pristine condition; original packaging and tags must remain intact.
If an item is defective (due to a manufacturing fault), you must report it to us within 7 days of receipt.

Return Process
Please contact our customer service team by emailing support@mskjewelry.us, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
You will receive a “Return Authorization Number” (RA Number) along with corresponding shipping instructions for the return.
Please ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items).
Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a quality inspection (this process takes 5–7 business days).

Refunds and Exchanges
Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 1–7 business days, and the funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Exchanges: Items eligible for return may be exchanged for a replacement (limited to items of equal value; any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly).
